Oswestry Olympian Steve Roberts once again pulled on his GB vest to represent his country at the ETU European Duathlon Championships Soria Spain. A combination of
run cycle run over 10km 41km 5km distances,Steve finished a creditable 5th in the M60 category, 2nd Briit home, a result that qualifies Steve for next years event.

London Heroes
A great turn out from Oswestry Olympians at this years London Marathon.
Each runner had a story to tell.There were new club records for
Ali Lavendar (in her first marathon) and Charlotte Jones and notable
PB's for Peter Butler,Emma Langford and Tim Tansley.
Well done to all who ran.

Junior Olympians
Having had team and individual success at the U10/11 Shropshire Cross Champs and Sportshall championships, the juniors are now preparing for the track season. Training sessions continue as usual at the Marches School, 6-7pm for U11's and 6-8 for older children, Thursday evenings and from 28th March there is also endurance training 6-7.30 pm on Tuesday at the Gatacre playing fields.
